Phone line +$29/mo per location: your own number, 200 voice minutes included, then $0.10/min. Texts come from your plan's shared pool. Carrier registration fees passed through at cost. Calls aren't recorded unless you turn it on.
Add a co-worker to any bundle: Sales $99, Marketing $99, Ops / Jobs $79, CFO $79, Webmaster $49 per month.
Usage and overages
- Voice: $20 per 100 extra minutes
- SMS: $3 per 100 extra segments
- We alert you at your included limit and hard-cap at 2x included (never more).
Shared usage pools
- One voice-minute pool and one SMS pool for your whole account. Every co-worker draws from them.
- Your plan and each co-worker you add contribute their included minutes and SMS to the pool (times your number of locations).
- Unused minutes roll over for 1 month (up to 25% of your pool).
- At the limit, you choose: keep going at the published overage rates (up to 2x your per-shop pool) or hard stop (calls go to voicemail and handoff to you). We never auto-upgrade your plan.
- A live meter shows usage by co-worker, with alerts at 80% and 100%.
Multiple locations
- 2–5 locations: 20% off each
- 6–10 locations: 30% off each
- 11+ locations: 40% off each
- Bundles: +50% of plan price per extra location; each location adds its full allotment to the shared pools
- Minutes and SMS are pooled across locations.
